A girl named Vera was born in a family of Husky dog breeders. For the baby, the dogs Igor and Nota, who lived in the house, became real nannies.
The baby from the first months could lie on the warm fur coat of her friend. According to the girl’s mother, huskies have always treated Vera with great love.
They never pushed, did not touch, and certainly did not growl at the baby. When the baby was learning to walk, she kept on the dog Igor. He turned out to be very attentive and honestly endured all the hardships of working as a nanny.
In total, Vera’s parents have almost three dozen dogs. And the older she got, the more attracted she became to the pack.
The baby could climb into the booth to those huskies who live in the yard, and spend hours visiting them. As my mother tells me, Vera may have just been sorting through the dog’s fur and babbling something in a language that only she and the dogs understood.
Already at the age of two and a half, Vera was allowed to walk dogs. Those three or four times heavier than the girl obeyed her implicitly.
Huskies are sled dogs. And the girl asks her mom and dad to take her for a ride on a sled. The girl communicates without fear with three dozen huskies. Vera knows, she belongs here and no one will touch her.
