The main problem of any mother with a newborn baby is the lack of free time. The child demands not to be left without attention for a minute, so it is unrealistic to find time for something abstract, even if vital. Or not? The technique of fitness training with a child as a payload is not new, but look at how many different exercises these ladies have mastered! And do not forget about the smiles of the kids.
Classes are held outdoors, which allows them to replace the traditional walk with a baby in a stroller. The sun, the grass, the friendly atmosphere, the opportunity to exchange a few words with friends and all this without losing control over what the child is doing. But instead of passive pastime, women actively train bodies that have softened and weakened during pregnancy. And they intensively cope with the symptoms of postpartum depression — occupational therapy does not help from such a misfortune.
The purpose of the classes is not just to return to its former physical shape. During pregnancy, you get used to a lot and need to catch up, for example, to re-master the skills of collective communication and work. Instead of hard and intense exercises, the bet is made on simple gymnastics with weights, to restore posture, normalize the work of the hip belt, improve tone. Plus, this is a collective action — instead of slowly going crazy among the diapers-openers-nipples, moms stay in society and do not degrade.
Moms save on babysitters for children, gym subscriptions, and equipment. A healthy child eats well and gains weight day by day — you lift it several times and the load is already felt. And there is no need to invent anything, we just take the baby in our arms and start squatting, doing bends, lifts, etc. Even a stroller will be a good help, although it does not look like sports equipment at all.
It’s hard to imagine how you can fully train when you have a baby and a 3-year-old baby in your arms? Perhaps, but that’s what moms do. They spend time with their children and simultaneously improve their physical shape, restoring their figure and health.
There is a benefit in such a pastime for children. The youngest enjoy the activity and fuss around them, older children learn to walk and run among their peers. This is not a traditional sandbox, there are different conditions, new impressions and a lot of positivity. And if everyone is happy, then what more can you want?
