2. Move around
The best thing is to spend 20 minutes in the fresh air. It doesn’t matter if it’s a jog or just a walk. It is important that you do this in the morning, before breakfast, even before the first cup of coffee. And if the weather does not have, do a light charge — 15-20 minutes will be enough. There is no need to pull dumbbells in the morning, it’s better to dance: it will help wake up, give energy and cheer up. And also — it will help to disperse the lazy metabolism even more.

4. Add protein
