1. Porridge
It has long been believed that porridge for breakfast is both healthy and delicious. But this is only if you cook it in the traditional way, and do not brew packaged. The fact is that sugar is added to almost all instant porridges in a sufficiently large amount, and the cereal itself is just processed grains. And their use does not bring any benefit to the body. Pieces of fruit and dried berries, which are contained in some of them, should not be taken into account at all — their specific gravity is so scanty that the role of such «nutritional» additives is almost imperceptible. And they do not give a strong aroma at all, but the added artificial flavors. Therefore, if you do not want to refuse porridge for breakfast, do not be lazy, cook it yourself. And preferably, on water, and not on milk. It will be more useful this way.
2. Muesli
Like instant cereals, muesli often contain processed grains and sugar, plus other low-value fats and oils. In addition, muesli is a fairly high—calorie dish — 100 grams of the product contains about 300 calories. It turns out that the caloric content is high, and there are not so many nutrients. Especially if we talk about store-bought sweet muesli with the addition of chocolate, all kinds of flavors and preservatives. Therefore, if you want to crunch something really nutritious in the morning, it’s better to eat a handful of nuts or mix multi-component muesli at home yourself. And then eat them, seasoning with low-fat yogurt, low-fat milk or mineral water.
3. Smoothies
This drink of a thick consistency, which came to us from America, can have both an incredibly useful and a very unhealthy effect for your body — depending on what you put in it. Good cocktails include fruits and vegetables. And exclude the addition of chocolate and ice cream. Therefore, make sure that your extraordinarily delicious and nutritious drink consists exclusively of healthy products.
4. Green tea
Fashionable green tea today is a very useful product. On the one hand. And on the other hand, it prevents the absorption of folic acid, increases the risk of birth defects of a newborn if a woman uses this drink during conception or during pregnancy. The danger arises even if you consume only 2-3 cups of tea a day. Also, too large doses of green tea can cause liver and kidney diseases. Moreover, the dose at which the use of green tea becomes dangerous is only 2 regular cups daily. In addition, the caffeine contained in it excites the nervous system, which is why you may experience sleep disturbances and loss of strength. The drink is also not recommended for those who suffer from insomnia, tachycardia, increased excitability.
5. Black bread
