A dog can be a man’s best friend, but that doesn’t mean that all people love them. There are those who treat these animals cruelly.
Pomeranian Bert had a terrible experience when he was thrown out by his breeders because he was «too big to sell». Luckily for Bert, Kathy Grayson, an artist from New York, found him and decided to keep him. She recalls that the dog’s eyes caught her attention.
But it wasn’t just the gallery owner who noticed something special about Bertha. It has become incredibly popular on the Internet. He has over 93k followers on Instagram.
In his spare time, the dog works as an «art connoisseur» in his owner’s gallery «The Hole». “I love it when people come to the gallery to see Bert and bring their dogs to meet him. The gallery is always open to the public, so come and stroke it,” said the artist.
Speaking of Bert’s incredible success on social media, Cathy says she’s not surprised. “Bert is a wonderful dog who makes people happy. The Internet and social networks are made for cute animals, and people really need an antidote for all the accumulated muck.
When the Pomeranian Bertram was only 5 months old, the breeder decided to get rid of him. The reason was that the puppy was «too big to sell». Kathy Grayson found it on an animal shelter website and brought it to New York, where she has her own art gallery. «Bert is very calm and relaxed, inquisitive and goofy,» says Cathy.
Now Bert has become an «art connoisseur» and helps his mistress in her art gallery.
“I made him a personal page on Instagram. I need to publish my work on mine, and people really want to see Bert.

He recently turned 5 years old and celebrated his birthday in style.
There is no doubt that he still has many happy years ahead of him!
