Most people would like to have a normal work-life balance. However, the reality is that working weeks have become longer, more stressful and less healthy, physically and emotionally. Too often it happens that career success comes at the expense of personal and family life.
It’s not secret that motherhood is one of the most demanding jobs from a physical and emotional point of view. But this experience can turn the world upside down or vice versa. It can give a woman a new perspective on what is really important: family, physical and emotional health and general well-being.
Rena Avada moved to the United States from the African state of Sierra Leone more than twenty years ago. She graduated as a biochemist in Detroit and dreamed of becoming a pharmacist, but fate decreed otherwise.
After graduating from university, she got married and became a mother of five children. Rena often cooked a lot. She created many recipes for delicious dishes.
Over time, the hobby began to grow into a business. Avada founded her own company, Healthy Fitness Meals. She chose the Instagram application, which then appeared relatively recently, as a platform for advertising her dishes.
The mother of five children started posting pictures of food (who knows, maybe it was she who introduced this fashion). The number of her subscribers grew. Not only retail customers, but also large chains that offered cooperation began to turn to her. So Rena became popular.
Now almost 3.5 million users have subscribed to her account. Not bad for a housewife with many children.
But the number one priority for her is children. Rena successfully combines the ability to cook deliciously with the upbringing of five children. She has two daughters and three sons. Avada often publishes pictures of herself and her children relaxing, walking, playing sports.
All five of them look like carbon copies. All the children are so similar, as if they are twins. The similarity enhances similar hairstyles for girls and the same short haircuts for boys.
Rena believes that being a mother should not prevent any woman from having a successful career, staying active and healthy.
