Everyone has a friend who ruins photos. For a family from Massachusetts, their own dog, Penny, turned out to be such a “friend”. She was adopted in the spring of 2019, and the shelter workers assumed that Penny was too timid and shy, but as soon as her paw crossed the threshold of the house, there was no trace of shyness left: this is a very mischievous and restless dog, and on the eve of this Christmas, the family in convinced of this.
The family decided to arrange a Christmas photo shoot, but the dog did not support the idea.
The mother of the family, Dina Greenstein, sat the children and the dog near the fireplace to photograph them for a Christmas card, but Penny refused to cooperate and sit still. Then Dina decided to photograph only children. Penny did not appreciate this scenario either.
The dog broke into every picture to ruin it.
Dina told The Dodo that Penny barked, nuzzled her, licked her phone and interfered with the process in every way. “I ended up taking probably a hundred shots in a 20-minute photo session.”
Looking through the photo, Dina and her kids couldn’t stop laughing at Penny.
And then they came up with the best idea for a New Year’s card.
Penny made their photo shoot funnier and more original with her antics! So why not take advantage of this? Dina and the children chose frames for a postcard and sent it to print. They didn’t say anything to dad, and he saw the result only when he had already taken the postcards from the press. Dina said that he laughed hysterically.
