A dog is a true true friend. They will not leave you in trouble, in poverty and illness, will not betray and will not exchange for a more successful person. For the sake of the owner, the dog is ready to give his life. This story was told by a nurse who worked in an ambulance.
The ambulance was coming from a call, the weather that day was not very good, there were many calls. Suddenly the driver slowed down. There was a beautiful dog sitting on the road. She was not afraid of the car, as if she was waiting for her. The driver honked, but the dog did not budge.
Over the years of work in the ambulance, doctors have seen a lot, but this has not happened yet. One nurse came out and tried to drive the dog out of the way. She got up and walked to the side of the road, but did not run away.
The nurse returned, as soon as he got into the car, the dog returned to his place. People were surprised, then the same nurse decided to go out and approach the dog. She didn’t run away, but she didn’t let him in either. She just got up and walked towards the bushes, looking around as if checking to see if a person was following her.
The nurse suddenly stopped and began to call colleagues. When the brigade came running, they saw that an elderly man was lying unconscious near the bushes. It was evident that he lost consciousness and felt bad. The man was loaded into a car and taken to the hospital. The dog followed.
The hospital diagnosed him with a stroke. It turned out that the man went for a walk with the dog, he became ill and fell down. If not for the dog who stopped the car, they would not have been able to save the man.
All this time the dog lived near the walls of the hospital. The owner’s wife could not take him home. He resisted, pulled out, even growled. The couple’s son was able to subdue him, put him in a car and took him home. But only a few hours passed and the dog returned to the hospital.
The medical staff was delighted with the loyalty of the dog. He was fed, petted and comforted. The patient’s wife resigned herself and brought food to her faithful friend every day. When the man was transferred from intensive care to a regular ward, the doctors allowed him to visit the man. Everyone persuaded the head physician and he had mercy, the dog was allowed into the ward.
Everyone was glad. The dog whined and flattered, the owner cried and stroked his faithful friend, even the medical staff shed a tear. Since then, the man began to recover faster. He often went to the window and looked out, talked to the dog, tried to get out as soon as possible to see his friend.
