A couple and wife from the US had three sets of twins in quick succession within five years.
The family of 32-year-old Jolene McKee and 33-year-old Andrew McKee from New York has increased from six to eight since the arrival of their third set of twins in
August 2021. In fewer than five years, McKee has had six children. Jayden and Aiden are both three years old, Peyton and Paige are both five, and Aiden is only three months old.
“I could not even imagine that I would become a mother of many children. I thought I would have one or two children, ” the woman admitted.
She added that when she found out she was pregnant with her third set of twins; she knew it was her destiny. “I thought that the third time the child would definitely be alone, but when it turned out that there were two of them again, the doctor was no less shocked than we were. He said that he had never seen anything like this in 25 years of practice, ” Mackey shared her memories.
Doctors explained this phenomenon by the hyper reactivity of the woman’s uterus, in which two eggs develop at once each time. McKee said that all the children get along well with each other, and she would never want to see less of them.
