But now is not the time, because of the pandemic, even famous establishments are closed, so he chose a niche in which there is no competition. Recently, he built from scratch and opened the first, and in fact the only restaurant in the country for squirrels! The institution in honor of the opening works free of charge, by agreement that visitors advertise it. And success was not long in coming!
As a basis, Vreeland took the concept of «Unity with Nature» as the most popular among his clients. The restaurant has a simple earthen floor, with a natural grass covering, there is excellent ventilation and solar heating directly from the sun. Furniture and other items are made from environmentally friendly carpentry workshop waste. The entrance is free, no doorman will stop, the working mode is round—the-clock. And peacefulness and tolerance reign here, both red squirrels and black squirrels are fed in the restaurant, and blue jays also come here.
The menu is exclusively healthy food, everything is natural, the chef is instructed to focus on the amount of food, not the variety of dishes. Fortunately, the tastes of visitors are well known — several types of seeds, nuts, apples, pizza crusts, stale bread. Plus water, clean and without impurities. Not a single complaint has been registered yet, there is also enough food for everyone.
