Great Dane becomes the sweetest giant among the adopted kittens.

At first glance, Corbin may seem rather intimidating.

The Black Great Dane weighs 150 pounds and takes up most of the couch when lounging at home, but he literally wouldn’t hurt a fly. In fact, Corbin has been the adoptive brother of dozens of newborn kittens over the years, and he always becomes their protector and sweetest friend.
Corbin’s family adopted him about 5 years ago when he was 8 months old and weighed only 110 pounds!

He loves other animals, but due to his size, his family was not sure that he would be coordinated enough to be around the tiny kittens. He quickly proved them wrong.
His mother, Karen, says a lot of people think he’s scary because he’s so tall, but Corbin is the very definition of the gentle giant.

«He will play with any other dog and any cat that will allow him. He is also very interested in other animals such as rabbits and squirrels. He doesn’t chase them. He’s just excited to see them,» Karen says.
Corbyn is always delighted when new foster kittens appear in the house.

«When we have new kittens, he will run around the room and look for them. If the kittens are young, they usually don’t know enough to be afraid of him and they will start interacting with him. Older kittens will often run away from it. If this happens, he knows enough to lie down and be patient. »
«He is very patient. I am always impressed by his restraint. He stays still and they will come to sniff his paws, or play with his tail. Soon they realize that he is sweet and friendship begins. »

Corbin has befriended dozens of foster kittens over the years.

He is just a happy boy and wants to be surrounded by people and other animals. He likes to receive love and give love.
