The footage shows how a six-month-old baby is independently water skiing on Lake Powell, located in the southern part of Utah. The child’s legs are held by special devices, and Rich himself holds on to the handrail with his hands, while the boat pulls him along the water surface with the help of a rope. The baby is insured by his father Casey – the man talks affectionately with his son and monitors his safety.
